Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

Pets and safety

Please use the product sensibly and choose a size that suits you and your small dog. Supervise your pet while it is in the pouch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PupPack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your legal consumer rights.
