Requesting a return
Email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order details and photos.
Eligibility
Approved returns must be unused, unworn, complete and in original packaging. Clearance items, gift cards and late returns are excluded, subject to law.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Report damage, defects or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. We may refund or replace qualifying items. We do not offer direct preference exchanges.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection, plus any time your bank needs to process it.
Cancellations
Cancellation is possible only before your order is fulfilled or shipped.
